Yanka Kupala State University to host Novruz Bayram festival

“Nowruz Bairam’ – is a wonderful holiday that symbolizes spring and new life among the Eastern peoples. Nowruz will be held from 24th to 25th of March in Kupala university for the fifth time in a row.
Within the framework of the festival, it is planned to host a football tournament, an essay competition, an amateur concert and a fair-exhibition "Rainbow of Creativity".
The mini-football tournament will be held in the educational building at Zakharova Street, 32 on March 24. Students, undergraduates, graduate students of Yanka Kupala State University are all welcome to participate.
On the second day of the festival there will be a fair-exhibition “Rainbow of Creativity” in the Educational building at Ozheshko Street, 22. In the educational building at Lenina Street, 32, there will be a concert of amateur performances and the awarding ceremony for the winners of the essay contest. Students and creative teams of the university are all welcome to participate.
You must send your essay on e-mail of the department of international projects and academic mobility until March 18 and choose between three subjects: “Nowruz and my family”, “My Homeland”, “Belarus in my life”.
In order to participate, the faculty must fill in an application after clicking the link. Also, each participant must register individually using this link.
