Venezuela president's special envoy Adán Chávez Frías visits BSU

A meeting was held with the rector Andrei Korol. The guest shared his first impressions of the Belarusian University, emphasized the pleasant atmosphere at BSU and harmony in its decoration.

"There is a sense of desire among students to study and teachers to work," summed up Adán Chávez Frías.

In turn, the rector spoke about educational and scientific activities of the university headed by him, and initiated the establishment of cooperation in these areas. The guest of honor noted that Venezuelan students have a strong interest in this proposition and may become BSU students in the near future.

The Special Envoy left his wishes for the strengthening of relations between Venezuela and the University in the Book of Honorary Guests of BSU.

Adán Chávez continued his visit with a lecture on "Ideas of Bolívar and Chávez today" for the international students of BSU. The speech dealt with Hugo Chávez's ideas, activities and political views.
