Rector of Polotsk State University Oleg Romanov and Rector of Bukhara Engineering and Technology Institute Barakayev Nusratilla Rajabovich signed a cooperation agreement.

The partner universities discussed the main directions of their activities:

- creation of joint educational programmes in 2+2 format in petrochemical, oil and gas, mechanical engineering and other engineering fields;
- participation in joint conferences, seminars, and round tables;
- working on the publications in scientific journals;
- promotion of academic mobility;
- implementation of joint projects in the field of science and education.
