International summer school “Belarus in focus”. Schedule: (24.07- 30.07.2022, Minsk, Belarus)
The participants will attend lectures and workshops dedicated to history, politics, law studies, economy and Belarusian culture. At the same time students will meet representatives of different organizations and facilities, and also they will have the opportunity to learn about recent achievements of the Belarusian industry via outside workshops. Workshops on personal growth and communication skills are also available.
Students will stay at the “Olimpiets” recreation center which stands on the shores of the Minsk sea and is renowned for its fascinating views.

Timetable:
Day 1
Students arrive at the Olimpiets recreation center in the second half of the day, settle in their houses, get acquainted with staff and each other and attend a Welcome-in dinner.
Day 2
Breakfast. A workshop.
Lunch and then Departure to Minsk.
A sightseeing tour around the city-hero Minsk, the modern capital of Belarus. During the tour students will see the architectural monuments of Minsk and learn the city’s history.
A tour to the National library of Belarus including a visit to the Round Hall of the Presidential Center and an Observation platform.
Departure to the recreation center
Dinner. Spare time. Sleep.
Day 3
Breakfast. Departure to Minsk.
An outdoor workshop at JSC “Minsk tractor works” The plant was established on 29 may 1946. The production, which employs more than 16 000 person, has become one of the largest manufactures of agricultural machinery not only in the CIS countries, but around the world as well. And its famous trademark sign “BELARUS” is of great value to us, not only commercial, but to a certain extent, patriotic.
Lunch
A visit to ATLANT (appliance company). ATLANT is famous as a manufacturer of refrigerators, freezers, washing machines and it has won various professional competitions on a regular basis. This household appliance is renown not only in our country and other post-Soviet countries, but also in various European countries and even in faraway Australia. ATLANT’s strategic aim is to develop production capacities to increase the volume and to expand the range of manufactured products. Experience and desire to be ahead are the key factors to Atlant’s success.

Day 4
Breakfast. Workshop on “Professional skills: key way to success”
Lunch
Master-classes: Cases of innovative projects. The art of negotiation.
Barbeque dinner on the shore of the Minsk sea. Games, competitions and fun.
Day 5
Breakfast. Departure to Minsk in order to visit National historical museum of the republic of Belarus.
Lunch
A tour to the free economic zone “Minsk” which was established on 2 March 1998 with the following goals: to attract domestic and foreign investments, to create and develop industries based on new and high technologies, to develop export potential, to enhance foreign economic relations and to stimulate the economic development of the region. More than 100 enterprises with Belarusian and foreign investments operate in the free economic zone "Minsk". Among them are those enterprises that have already confidently entered the Belarusian and foreign markets and have established themselves as competitive manufacturers and reliable suppliers, as well as those that are just starting to build factories and launch their high-tech production.

Breakfast. Team game "Laser tag" on the territory of the recreation center.

Seminar "Authentic Belarusian national cuisine". Culinary master class. Dinner.

Day 7

Departure of school members.
This program is worth 870 Belarusian rubles ( 355 US dollars or 26,768 Russian rubles). The price includes: accommodation at the recreation center in comfortable houses, business, educational, cultural and entertainment programs, entrance tickets, handouts, 3 meals a day, tours and a master class.
