Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Belarus visited MSLU

On 19th of May 2022 Rector Lapteva Natalya Evgenievna met the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Said Yari.
During their meeting they discussed possibilities of expanding of cooperation in the field of education. Namely, teaching Farsi as a second foreign language to MSLU students, organizing student and teacher exchanges, training of Russian language teachers at Minsk State Linguistic University under the program of Russian as a foreign language, joint holding of events in the field of culture and education.
The parties have also discussed ways of establishing of cooperation with Iranian institutions of higher learning. Mr. Yari paid a visit to MSLU’s Persian center of language and culture. MSLU thanks Mr. Yari and hopes for the development of future mutually beneficial cooperation.
