Active weekends of Foreign Master Students

The work and life of a university prof is always connected to the studies and lives of students. If you want to motivate students to learn and possess knowledge, you need to share your deepest feelings with the students, show your attitude towards other people, animals and nature.
A partnership with international students requires special attention as they find themselves in an unfamiliar environment being away from their home and friends. Students from different countries especially from China study at Belarusian universities. Another culture, another living conditions... That is why it is important to be able to give them the necessary knowledge and to share a part of our culture and traditions during 1-2 years of the educational program.
Due to the pandemic, there are less of such opportunities but many social and cultural activities can be carried out safe and effective. Here is just one example of the study and leisure activities of the two Accounting and auditing master's programme groups DUA-2 and DUA-12. We spent a day out in and around Minsk. We visited a wonderful excursion to the Republican Center Olympic Training of Equestrian and Horsebreeding in Ratomka, took many kilometers hike through spring forests and bogs on the areas of the Minsk Sea, tasted nourishing Belarusian cuisine and with lots of energy returned to our usual city conditions and work.

It is worth noting that such fun activities not only broaden the horizons of our international students and introduce them to the sights of Belarus, but also encourage them to make friends and feel like a real team.
