1 385 Euro - for foreign citizens entering the correspondence form of higher education of I level, excluding the cost of living in a university dormitory, excluding the cost of food;
2 300 Euro - for foreign citizens entering full-time (full-time) form of higher education of the II level;
1 385 Euro - for foreign citizens entering the correspondence form of higher education of the II level, excluding the cost of living in a university dormitory, excluding the cost of food;
2 780 Euro - for foreign citizens entering full-time (full-time) post-graduate education at the I (graduate) and II (doctoral) degrees, excluding the cost of using laboratory and experimental facilities, materials and equipment, as well as the procedure for preparing a dissertation for public defense and its defense;
1 850 Euro - for foreign citizens entering the correspondence form of postgraduate education of the I (postgraduate) and II (doctoral) degrees, excluding the use of laboratory and experimental facilities, materials and equipment, as well as the procedure for preparing a dissertation for public defense and its protection, excluding the cost of living in a university dormitory, excluding the cost of food;
1 380 Euro - for foreign citizens applying for part-time education in the specialties of retraining, excluding the cost of living in a university dormitory, excluding the cost of food;
The admission of foreign citizens for training is carried out on a paid form on the basis of concluded contracts without entrance tests based on the results of interview.
Foreign citizens submit the following documents to the admission committee of the University:application to the head;original certificate (document) on education with the indication of studied subjects and marks (points) received on them - provided that these documents are recognised in the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the established procedure;a document confirming that there are no medical contraindications to studying in Belarus;a certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by the official health care authority of the country from which the applicant came;original (copy) of a birth certificate and/or other document confirming the date of birth and citizenship - for underage applicants.
The above documents executed in a foreign language must be accompanied by a notarised translation into Belarusian or Russian.
Upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, applicants are additionally required to pass a compulsory medical examination at the health care institution "33rd City Student Polyclinic of Minsk" (1 Chyurlionis Str., phone (+375 17 377-18-22).
For applicants under 18 years of age, a written consent of one of the legal representatives is required.

University of Civil Protection of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus has two branches: Gomel branch of the University of Civil Protection, Branch “The Institute of Retraining and Professional Development" (Borisov district) and Lyceum of the University of Civil Protection.
Key Achievement
The University has the status of the basic organization of the states-participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States for training personnel in the field of prevention and elimination of emergencies. The University is an affiliated member of the International Civil Defense Organization, actively cooperating with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Interstate Aviation Committee. The University took part in several projects of the European Commission in the field of cross-border cooperation, the exchange of experts and other international technical assistance programs. The University cooperates in the development of modern technologies of public safety, education and training with the Institute of Public Safety of Tsinghua University and Beijing Global Safety Technology (GSafety) of the People's Republic of China. More than 7300 foreign specialists from 78 countries have been educated at the University and it’s branches.
