The high-level session “Software innovations” has ended

In the frames of high-level session "Software innovations" of the World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education, organized by UNESCO and the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent on November 16, 2022, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Kadlubay A.V. gave a national statement online.

He said, that Belarus has all the required conditions for realization of the right to accessibility of preschool education, diverse development and socialization of every pre-school child. As a result, Belarus strengthens it's leadership positions on enrollment of children in free pre-school education (enrollment in age group from 1 to 6 is 88,5%) among CIS countries. Every year the government spends 1,1 % of GDP; full enrollment of children of five years of age with preparation for school, which provides equal starting opportunities for representatives of all social groups.
