Aytym Zhakupov met with university staff and students at BSUPC

As part of strengthening friendly ties between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Belarusian State University of Physical Education hosted a visit from renowned Kazakhstani athlete, European champion and street workout record holder, popular fitness trainer, and blogger, Aitym Zhakupov.

The event drew a full house: BSUPC students and faculty eagerly awaited the opportunity to engage with the guest, whose training and achievements inspire millions around the world.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. Participants had the opportunity to ask Aitym Zhakupov all their questions, which they received detailed answers to. During the dialogue with students and faculty, the speaker noted that he had long dreamed of visiting Belarus and was delighted to be within the walls of our country's premier sports university. 

"Being a coach is a difficult and thorny path. Everyone falls, but few get back up. Sport is a field where there are victories and defeats, and a coach is someone who must accept and support this," said Aytym Zhakupov, answering one of the questions. The guest also noted that the key to success lies in discipline.

Following the open dialogue, an autograph session was held  , which was particularly delightful for the audience. Everyone was able to not only take a photo with Aytym Zhakupov as a souvenir, but also record a video with him for their friends and family, and hear a few words of encouragement.

The meeting provided everyone with a vibrant and motivating experience. Events like these prove that sport unites people, countries, and generations, and that achieving the pinnacle of excellence is within reach of anyone willing to work hard.
