A solemn awarding ceremony “Chinese Ambassador Awards” for achievements in studying Chinese language with participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus Se Shaoyung took place on 22 of November. During the ceremony a certificate of honor of the Ambassador of China was awarded to the chancellor of the Francysk Skoryna Gomel State University Hahomov Sergei Anatolievich for being the head of one of the universities in Belarus, which has achieved great success in the study and popularization of the Chinese language and culture.
