About 20 developments of BSU will be presented at the International Exhibition «EnergyExpo»
About 20 scientific and technical developments of BSU will be presented at the XXVI International Specialized Exhibition «Energy. Ecology. Energy saving. Electro» (EnergyExpo). The event will be held within the framework of the Belarusian Energy and Environmental Forum from 10 to 14 October in Minsk (Pobediteley Avenue, 20/2).
The exposition of BSU will include «Modified multifunctional measuring complex «Alma Meter–2». The device is designed for the study and generation of analog and digital electrical signals. The complex is used in the field of radio electronics, mechanical engineering, energy, transport, aircraft engine building, machine tool construction, etc.
«Smart Windows» will be shown as a natural exhibit. The invention has no analogues in the post-Soviet space. They can be used as an alternative to conventional glass ones. The innovative development protects the room from sunlight, penetration of ultraviolet radiation and partially blocks infrared. This allows the user to opt out of curtains and blinds. The innovation can also be used as an information board, replacing paper price tags in shopping malls. This will allow to remotely change the cost and name of the goods throughout the outlet from a centralized control unit on a computer.
Among the developments, visitors will be able to see light-absorbing composite materials based on transition metal oxides. Ultrablack tapes surpass the world analog in a number of technical parameters. They have higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance and microhardness, as well as better adhesion to the metal substrate. This coating, applied to metal, can be used as a light flux sensor in space instruments and converters of solar energy into electrical energy.
Information about the innovative developments of the Belarusian university in the field of instrumentation, their competitive advantages, technical characteristics will be available through natural samples, thematic posters and presentations.
