About 20 developments of BSU will be presented at the International Specialized Exhibition «Siberian Agrarian Week 2022». The event will be held on 9-11 November in Novosibirsk (Russia).
BSU will demonstrate fertilizers, veterinary medicines, as well as tools for processing agricultural production facilities. One of the exhibits will be the biological product «Korneplus». It is a stimulant of the root system of plants, increases their yield and fruit quality. The fertilizer is suitable for use at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and personal household plots. In comparison with foreign analogues, the Belarusian product has high efficiency and low cost.
Visitors will also get acquainted with a series of veterinary biological products for the treatment and prevention of animal diseases. The main distinguishing feature of these products is the versatility and species specificity due to the introduction of protective proteins – interferons.
The technology of phenomic analysis of woody plants is also included in the number of developments of the Belarusian university. The innovative method makes it possible to register physiological changes in plants, assess the viability of seedlings and make their qualitative and prompt selection. This approach is effective in breeding varieties with valuable agricultural or decorative features. Thanks to this technology, about 30 thousand seedlings were grown at the enterprise Shchemyslitsa of BSU. The innovation is also economically more profitable than existing foreign offers.
Innovations of the leading Belarusian university will be presented in the collective section of scientific developments of the Ministry of Education of Belarus.
