World of Books without limits

On March 22, 2023, the jubilee XXX Minsk International Book Fair was solemnly opened at the Belexpo exhibition complex, in which the Minsk State Linguistic University takes part for the second time.
Twenty countries joined the forum, as well as Belarusian book publishers and universities. Despite the fact that MSLU opens its exposition only for the second time, the organizers have done a lot of work and presented a program of events of a qualitatively new level. Following the main idea of the event, the library and the editorial and publishing department presented novelties in book publishing, including the latest teaching aids stamped by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. From March 22 to March 26, the guests of the exposition will be able to get acquainted with the issues of the journals "Vestnik MSLU", collections of articles and conference materials.
The concept of a digital university is also available to those who plan to enter MSLU, and is embodied in the relevant handouts. Thus, information on faculties is available via QR codes with a password, turning a simple search into an unusual mini-game. Anyone can take with them a "ticket" to the university in the form of a card with a link to a virtual 3D tour. The same exhibition was the first event where the winning slogan of the survey was officially used: MSLU is "A Place Where People Love to Learn". In an effort to make their exposition interactive, the organizers of the MSLU pavilion have prepared full-screen games where the smartest visitors can receive valuable prizes and the first of them managed to find their owners.
