International Scientific and Practical Conference "Criminal Law: Problems, Searches, Solutions" is about to begin at the Belarusian State University

A two day international scientific-practical conference "Criminal law: problems, searches, solutions" is about to begin on october 7 in BSU. The Faculty of Law will host the forum (Leningradskaya str 8, room 104). The conference will begin at 10.00. The aim of the conference for scientist, teachers and representatives of professional society is to share their experience in their respective subjects of expertise, such as criminal law, its history and new approaches to study this discipline.
Around 40 scientists from Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan will be presenting their reports. These scientists are representatives of BSU, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University, Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbaev and others. They will discuss the criminal procedure policy for minors, the main approaches to the definition of economic crimes, the origins of domestic criminal law, the legal regulation of the use of modern technologies, etc.

In addition, representatives of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus will talk about the new academic subject “criminological profiling” and the modern direction of the criminal policy of Belarus “resocialization of convicts following the results of the two-day work, it is planned to publish a collection of reports with subsequent placement in the Electronic Library of the Belarusian State University.
