The International Scientific Conference «Materials and Structures of Modern Electronics» will be held at BSU

The International Scientific Conference «Materials and Structures of Modern Electronics» (MSME-2022) (5 Bobruiskaya Street, room 321). It starts at 10.30. The event will be held in a face-to-face and remote format.
More than 125 reports from Belarusian and foreign scientists from eight countries, including Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Moldova, etc. will be presented at the conference.
Within the framework of four thematic sections, experts will discuss the properties, diagnostics and application of semiconductor materials and structures based on them; issues of defect-impurity engineering; radiation effects in semiconductor materials and devices; nanoelectronics; devices based on quantum effects, as well as teaching and training in the field of semiconductor physics and nanoelectronics, etc.
The result of the forum will be the release of a collection of reports with subsequent placement in the E-library of BSU. Also, the best works of scientists will be published in the «Journal of the Belarusian State University. Physics».
