Masterclasses at the Academy of Music

Within the State programme “Education and youth policy” for 2021-2025, foreign specialists were invited to participate in the educational process at the Piano, Composition, Musicology department.
• Marina Abrahamyan, professor at Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, Honoured Artist of Armenia, international competitions laureate (Armenia);
• Madina Fayziyeva, head of the Special Piano division at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, docent, international competitions laureate (Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan);
• Sara Asabayeva, head of the Piano and Organ division at the Kazakh National University of Arts, professor, Honoured Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honoured Cultural Worker (Nur-Sultan, the Republic of Kazakhstan);
• Anatoly Lapikus, head of the Piano and Chamber Ensemble divisions at the Academy of Music, Theatre, Fine Arts, professor, People’s artist of the Republic of Moldova, international competitions laureate (the Republic of Moldova);
• Valery Shkarupa, rector of the Ural State Mussorgsky Conservatoire, professor, Merited Artist of the Russian Federation, international competitions laureate (Russia).
Students of the Special Piano division had a unique possibility to interact with the outstanding musicians and acknowledged masters of piano art.
