On March 17, 2023, the internship of employees of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini in the direction of "University Management" was completed at MSLU.
The internship program was held in several areas of the university and included: management in the field of administrative and economic activities, legal support of the educational process, management of faculties.
During the internship, Tajik colleagues - Vice-Rector for Economic and Economic Affairs Isroilov I.I., Head of the Department of Legal Support Sharifov Sh.D., Dean of the Faculty of English and Oriental Languages Karimov Sh.B., Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management in Education Ziyoev B.S. – got acquainted with the organization of the educational process at the university, the material and technical base of the university, the main activities of the Faculty of English and the Faculty of Intercultural Communications, attended a training session on teaching undergraduates in the simultaneous translation room.
The results of the internship were summed up at a meeting with the rector of the university, Natalya Evgenievna Lapteva. During the conversation, the issue of further cooperation between universities was considered. In a solemn atmosphere, certificates of completion of the internship were presented.
The Tajik colleagues noted that the days spent in the Republic of Belarus inspired them deeply, the experience gained will be applied in further work, the connections formed will develop and serve as the beginning of a wide interaction between MSLU and TSPU named after S. Aini.
The internship was organized by the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining.
