Excursion to the archaeological laboratory named after V.F. Kopytin

Students of the specialty “Primary education”, studying under the joint educational program of Mogilev State A.Kuleshov University and Chirchik State Pedagogical University of Tashkent region (Uzbekistan), visited the archaeological laboratory named after V.F.Kopytin. The laboratory is managed by Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Science of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Igor Alexandrovich Marzalyuk.
The students had a unique opportunity to look at the archaeological finds found during field research at the sites of the Stone and Bronze Ages, as well as in urban and rural settlements of the late Middle Ages and Modern Times in the Mogilev region. The students learned how the restoration, experimental reconstruction and cultural and chronological identification of clothing material obtained during expeditionary work is carried out.
