Several international events took place at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Second International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Problems of Investigative Activities", dedicated to the memory of the Honored Scientist of Russia, Doctor of Law, Professor Konstantin Goryainov, was organized by the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
From the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the conference was attended by the head of the Department of Investigative Activities of the Faculty of Criminal Police Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Police Colonel Alexei Tukalo and Associate Professor of the Department Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Dmitry Kharevich.

PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Head of the Crime Investigation Department of the Investigation and Expert Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Tatyana Shcherba shared her views on the use of transcriber programs during interrogation.
Representatives of the Department of Administrative Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Faculty of Public Security Militia took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Actual problems of administrative and administrative procedural law" (Sorokin's Readings), dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation Yuri Avrutin, which was conducted by St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
As part of the plenary session, Olga Levshuk, Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia, made a report on the topic “Consideration of complaints about violation of the legal rights and interests of suspects and accused persons held in temporary detention facilities in the Republic of Belarus”.
