The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Current problems of administrative and administrative procedural law" (Sorokin readings), dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation Yuri Avrutin, the conference was held by the St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on March 24, 2023
As part of the plenary session, a report on the topic “Consideration of complaints about the violation of the legal rights and interests of suspects and defendants held in temporary detention centers in the Republic of Belarus” was made by Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Activities of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Faculty of Public Security Police of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Levshuk O.I.
